Love vs Lust

L     Love the sweetest and most beautiful expression given by nature to mankind.The very essence of being is love.

It's quintessentially the fundamental and basic expression of any relationship.Love is the longing of the heart and nurturing of the soul.Like the dry parched earth quenches her thirst from rain clad clouds,the soul also nourishes itself with the nectar called love.Love nourishes soul in many forms-Mother-child,Guru-disciple,Man-woman and transcendental love.Among the various forms of love,Man-Woman relationship is the most talked about.
                
  When the supreme creator decided to make two separate creations it was for sure they would be bonded by love.This fragile and delicate bond is actually is on the foundations of love,trust and respect.Understanding and care would boost this bond along with faith and friendliness. 

                    When Love beckons flow with it like a gentle wind. The path it treads is not easy but undoubtedly inviting.Sometimes you just lose your senses and follow it.Your heart sings the song you haven't sung before.It longes to be always with beloved.The journey looks beautiful,the path fragranced and the heart smitten.Love has its ways.It makes you kind,generous and nobel.

                      Love bring with itself intimacy,too much intimacy leads to desires and desires leads to lust.When love blossoms it's important to nip the desires.Sometimes the desires leads to lust and lust leads to sin.There is a very thin line between love and lust.If love is virtue lust is sin; love is nectar lust is poison; love is benevolence lust is greed.

      In modern times people misinterpret lust to love.The insatiable desire to own a person and the greed to derive physical pleasures have lead to many non-committed relationships.Ugly are the ways of lust cause it eventually leads to heartache.

                   LOVE is freedom whereas LUST is bondage.

As Rumi has said "People are distracted by objects of desire, and afterwards repent of the lust they've indulged, because they have indulged with a phantom and are left even farther from Reality than before. Your desire for the illusory is a wing, by means of which a seeker might ascend to Reality. When you have indulged a lust, your wing drops off; you become lame and that fantasy flees. Preserve the wing and don't indulge such lust, so that the wing of desire may bear you to Paradise. People fancy they are enjoying themselves, but they are really tearing out their wings for the sake of an illusion."
